About Megan

Entering into the painting process, I feel inexplicably happy. Time stands still, I let go of expectations, and I sink into the flow of materials. Once finished, I walk out of my studio with the entire world glowing brighter.

I often scoop my toddler into my arms and spin her around as my mind floats away from my art and back into my regular life. But now, I have an extra measure of appreciation and gratitude for everything around me. Because that’s what my art is truly about- my joy that is centered in my family, my blessings, and God.
